Thanks for shopping with 2 Fat Heads Raw! 🐾

We’re a small family business, and every product we sell is made by us. Our products aren’t mass-produced, purchased in bulk from large commercial suppliers, or simply repackaged under our name. We personally source our ingredients, prepare and process our products, package them, and pack your order ourselves.

That hands-on approach is a big part of who we are, and it means your order may work a little differently than ordering from a large warehouse — and we’re proud of that.

Frozen Raw Shipping — Coming Soon!

For now, our frozen raw products are available through local pickup, farmers markets, and special events. We’re working toward adding frozen shipping in the future.

Processing & Shipping

Because we make and package every product ourselves, please allow approximately 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared and shipped.

We always try to get orders out sooner when we can, but this little bit of extra time allows us to make sure your order is prepared and packed properly rather than rushed out the door.

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive tracking information by email.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight, package size, and destination.

Free shipping is available on qualifying orders of $125 or more.

Shipping Carriers

Depending on your order and destination, we may ship through USPS, UPS, or FedEx. We’ll choose the shipping option that makes the most sense for getting your order to you safely and efficiently.

Where We Ship

We currently ship throughout the United States. International shipping isn’t available yet.

Things happen — packages get delayed, boxes occasionally get roughed up along the way, and sometimes something just isn’t right.
